Classified reports on Iraq, al-Qaeda left on London train

BBC News says investigators are trying to determine who left secret British government documents, including assessments of Iraq and al-Qaeda, on a London train.

The passenger who found the orange folder, marked "UK Top Secret," turned it over to the broadcaster.

BBC News reports that the seven pages in this file are highly classified and include a "damning" assessment of that country's security forces, the broadcaster says.
