Prison for man who urinated on dying woman, yelled 'this is YouTube material'

The man who was accused of yelling "This is YouTube material" while a friend filmed him urinating on a dying woman was sentenced today to three years in a British prison.

Judge Peter Fox said the defendant, a former soldier named Anthony Anderson, "plumbed the depths of degradation," according to The Times. “You violated this woman in an incredible way and the shocking nature of your acts over a prolonged period of time must mean a prison sentence of greater length is appropriate in this case," Fox said. Anderson was found guilty of kicking Christine Lakinski and pouring water on her prone body before urinating for his friends' amusement. The ordeal ended with Anderson spraying shaving cream over the woman's body.

In a statement, Lakinski's family said his behavior was shocking. "We remain totally shocked that anyone could behave in such an appalling way," the statement says, according to The Telegraph.
